Chinese Holding Hands Pin Cushion

Postby 0653 » Wed Aug 09, 2017 1:18 am

Does anyone have any information about the origin of those gorgeous silk pin cushions with the children holding hands all around it?
I wondered where they came from and also the significance of the colour. I read somewhere that each main colour of the cushion denotes something - green = health.
I cannot find anything on Google that gives the history of these. Can anyone help?

Hi Shelley,

I tried to look on google for these awhile back when you first posted to find out too. Was just curious if you found out any more about them? They're cute.
