Where to get cheap fabric

Where do you guys get your cheap fabric from? I was able to get some good craft coupons on http://www.ecouponcodes.com/stores/

I've found some at thrift stores. But very little. Nothing all that great. Although I found one that had the pattern printed on it, it was a vest. You cut out the vest to your size and sew. All the pattern measurements were outside of the vest. It looked like little applique's were in between the vest. Need to wash it first.

I've also saw some sales at stores.
Discount or big box stores might also have fabric.
