I have a Singer 111W153. If I remove the bobbin case from the machine and thread it outside the unit, it works fine - until after I use it for a while. At that point the thread down below starts to bunch, etc. If I remove the bobbin case again and rethread, the problem goes away.
What's it sound like to you? |

That the bobbin case spring needs to be removed, the area below it and the spring cleaned, and then the case reassembled and replaced.

| Once i replaced the bobbin case the problem was solved |
