I have a husqvarna viking sapphire. When I am doing ordinary stitching or quilting it is fine. However, when I do embroidery the tension never seems right whether I use a hoop or not. The bobbin thread shows up on top really badly as if the top tension is too tight. With a sapphire, the machine apparently sets its own tension so I have no idea how to improve the look of my work. Or am I being dense????????? Can anyone help? Thanks.
